The L&W CO2 filter reliably reduces the CO2 content of the intake air to the permitted limit and supports compliance with the requirements of EN 12021. The specially developed CO2 filter cartridge with pre-moistened soda lime ensures effective CO2 absorption while maintaining low maintenance requirements.

Thanks to its compact design, the CO2 filter can be easily wall-mounted and quickly integrated into existing breathing air systems using the connection hose. An optional stand console is available for free-standing installation.

Efficient filter principle

The L&W CO2 filter uses a specially developed filter cartridge based on pre-moistened soda lime. The moisture required for CO2 absorption is already optimally contained within the cartridge.

This eliminates the need for water replacement or additional humidification components. The low-maintenance system enables fast and tool-free cartridge replacement and ensures reliable CO2 reduction with high system availability.

*Reference conditions: 700 l/min flow rate at a CO2 concentration of 1,000 ppm in the intake air. The actual filter service life depends on the respective operating conditions. At a CO2 concentration of 500 ppm, a filter service life of up to 160 operating hours can be achieved under the same conditions. Lower flow rates can also result in longer service lives
